Grab a dumbbell and try these lower body exercises.
Goblet squats
X-under lunge
DB swings
Lateral lunges
In & out drops
SL RDL w/row into a reverse lunge ⠀⠀⠀⠀
Try 3-4 sets of 15-20 reps each for a nice little burn. You can also throw any of these into your next leg day or run through each move once for 10-15 reps for a warm-up before leg day.
