What is Psychedelic Integration?

The integration process begins as an exploration of understanding, reflecting, and relating to the different dimensions of the psychedelic session and what continues to follow post journey.
Integration refers to the process of continued exploration. It helps bridge the insights and lessons learned in the psychedelic experience and helps to implement change in your day-to-day life.

This can happen through exploring somatic, emotional, mental, visual, and spiritual aspects of self. Examples of this are journaling, being in nature, therapy, reiki, meditation, breathe work, listening to music, painting or writing.
It’s really important to remember your why after you come out of a session. Remember your intention and why you wanted to trip in the first place. Sometimes, downloads come weeks later so have that pen and paper ready!
Many people perceive this as a process of coming closer to authenticity, wholeness, or bringing together disparate parts of self.
Integration is something that can be done with a professional such as therapy or with an integration coach.
