Try this pre or post Thanksgiving workout!

Did you know that the average American gains anywhere from 5-8 pounds between Thanksgiving and Valentine's day? Yep. Cray.

I know diets can be tough for a lot of us while traveling for the holidays. The last thing we want to do is let our workouts go due to our busy travel schedule. That’s why I wanted to share a quick workout for you all- something you can do from anywhere with no equipment! So this Thanksgiving, if you find yourself in need of a quick total body workout before you dig into mom's delicious stuffing (who the hell can blame you!?) Give this total body circuit you a try:

  1. Bulgarian split squat jumps

  2. Spiderman push-up

  3. Crab reach

  4. Body-saw plank

  5. Single arm burpees with a kick

  6. Quarter turn squat jumps

  7. Tricep dips

Here’s what I recommend:

Set a timer for 20 minutes. Go through all of these exercises 10-15x. Keep going through all seven exercises doing 10-15 reps of each until the clock you set for 20 minutes gets down to ZERO! This is what we call a density circuit. So even if you don’t have access to a gym or don’t necessarily have time time to go outside and squeeze in a run, this is an awesome way to burn calories, get the heart rate up and increase your metabolic burn for the rest of the day. Now you can go and enjoy mom’s stuffing guilt free.
