6 Most Effective Exercises to use with the TRX Suspension Trainer

There are a number of reasons why I love using the TRX trainer but the number one reason would have to be because of its accessibility and the fact that most anyone can use it.

It only weighs about two pounds so it’s also portable and easy to bring with you when traveling.

Additionally, TRX is much more affordable (less than $200) compared to other training systems and its versatility in use adds to the appeal.
