New Summer Program: 6 Weeks to Mindfulness
Join me for six weeks of guided meditation and breath classes starting June 8th, 2022. Settle in from the comfort of your home and join me weekly, for live virtual Zoom classes. In these classes I guide you in mindful meditation, using your breathing as a tool for relaxation and openness.
What: 6 virtual classes, 20 mins long, focusing on guided meditation and breathwork, plus weekly exercises to enhance your mindfulness practice
Where: Hosted on Zoom
When: Starting Wednesday June 8th at 9AM PST/12PM EST, and every Wednesday at 9AM PST/12PM EST moving forward until July 13th**
Cost: $20 TOTAL for the 6 classes and weekly exercises (just $3.33 a week!!)
Throughout the six weeks to mindfulness, I will be sharing how to start and sustain a meditation practice. For example I share how to set up your space, how to sit, what music to listen to, smells to surround yourself with, breathing techniques, ect.
Follow along as I share weekly exercises to open your mind, help you manage stress, make clearer decisions, improve your diet and overall health. I will share things like journaling prompts, workouts to try, what mindful eating looks like and more.
