Get the most from your workout with these dynamic warm-up exercises

I know what you’re thinking, why do I need to workout, before I start my workout?! I know it sounds crazy, but before you jump into a cardio or weight lifting routine, your body needs to be warmed up - literally. That’s where a solid dynamic warm up comes into play. The warmup exercises are short and meant to increase your body temperature, activate your nervous system and help to increase your flexibility and range of motion when you DO jump into your heavy lifts. Doing these warm ups will significantly improve the quality of your workout and help prevent future injuries from coming on.

Watch my video and you will learn how to do a few of my favorite dynamic warm up exercises.

Before you start your workout next time, try to incorporate at least one or two of these moves in. Let me know if you feel or see any difference in your workout.
