To get clear on which program (or combination of programs) could be a good fit for you, we’ll start with free 30-minute strategy call. We will talk through what you want to focus on, any challenges you may be facing right now, and what your goals and desires are for the future.
Together, we’ll design the best program for you based on what you’ve shared about yourself. If you’re looking to introduce mindfulness, plant medicine, and/or meditation to your daily routine, we can tailor it specifically into your movement & nutrition plan.
Each week you’ll check in with me through our online portal. This is where I can make any adjustments to your workouts or nutrition plans based on your progress. Everything you’ll need - including your individualized prescription for macronutrients and calorie recommendations - can be found inside the portal.
If we’re working together one-on-one, you get 100% access to me between check-ins via WhatsApp (M-F, 9-5). Have a question about a specific exercise? Struggling to get motivated or feeling low? I’ll be there to cheer you on and give you the support you need to get back on track.
