My One Life-Hack to Support Your GROWTH

I used to want everyone to like me and when they didn’t, it would shake me to my core. No seriously, it would throw me into a tailspin.

𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘥𝘪𝘥 𝘐 𝘥𝘰?

𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘐 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘨𝘦?

𝘞𝘢𝘴 𝘪𝘵 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘐 𝘴𝘢𝘪𝘥?

I used to take it very personal because I used to pride myself on being someone with various groups of friends who “got along with everyone.”

𝘓𝘰𝘭, 𝘺𝘦𝘢, 𝘮𝘢𝘺𝘣𝘦 𝘪𝘯 𝘩𝘪𝘨𝘩 school.

Here’s the reality: just because someone doesn’t like you doesn’t necessarily mean you did anything to make them feel that way. If you can’t stand the thought of someone being displeased with you, you’ll be more likely to compromise your values which you should never do.

In order to avoid you compromising ANYTHING, here’s my one tip you’ve got to come to terms with early on: 𝐎𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐚 𝐛𝐚𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠.

As long as you’re embodying your true authentic self, nothing else matters. The only people who will be uncomfortable with this are people who are still operating from their ego.

If you want to grow, heal, and evolve, you have to let go of wanting to be liked by everyone.
