I Microdosed with LSD for a Month…Here’s What I Discovered

When it comes to my history and experience with LSD, I’ve only had a couple of full macrodoses in a recreational setting using it In a completely non-intentional way. So the idea of microdosing with LSD with intention, journaling and monitoring my body's feedback for 30-days pumped me up! I was excited to dive in and see what I got out of the medicine. 

Here are some of the most obvious findings I discovered over the course of 30-days microdosing with LSD.

Benefits of microdosing with LSD

1. More energy

This was a “clean” type of energy. No feelings of anxiousness, no jitters. It was smooth sailing for the whole month. 

2. More “outwardly” focused

I found LSD allowed me to focus more on tasks that needed to get done. I felt more productive and new ideas were birthed without putting in much effort. I totally understood why Silicon Valley has been using this substance for some time. My productivity was on the next level! 


3. Increased happiness

I felt my mood was better sustained throughout the day and even the days following after taking a microdose. Sort of like a slow IV drip or a “good mood” serum. 

4. Longer lasting effects

The effects of the microdose from LSD seemed to last throughout the whole week, even on the days I did not administer it. 

5. Less frequency in administering

Because the effects seemed to last longer, my dosing days weren’t as frequent. This meant I was going through fewer products which is useful to consider if you’re looking to make your substance last longer. 

I would say LSD tends to make you feel more outwardly productive compared to other substances I’ve microdosed with. This is a great option if you’re looking for more “courage” to potentially be more social with folks. I noticed it provided me with more focus, problem-solving skills and overall, more elevated positive mood.

LSD worked well for me and eventually, I plan on cycling back on and giving it another go-around for round two. I hope this information serves you well enough to make the best decision for yourself to help you embark on your own microdosing journey should you want to dive in yourself.
